Manufactured by Raak Amsterdam Design Frank Ligtelijn . 1975 This wall lamp has a chrome wall ring that holds the smoked glass globe with aluminium diffuser shade on the inside. The wall plate is made of black painted aluminium. Lamp can shine up or down, fantastic wall lamp. It uses and E27 bulb.  very good condition .
