Special vintage design pendant lamp, a design by E.J.Jelles for Raak Holland Amsterdam. Period: 1972. Also called a compass, it resembles a ship’s compass. The special feature of this lamp is that it can be rotated 180 degrees. The lamp can change from an uplight to a downlight. One side provides bright reading light and the other side emits atmospheric light through the narrow holes in the metal. Material: aluminum in combination with acrylic plastic/perspex.. One large E27 bulb needed. very good condition .
