Description

The B9 / 209 chair or Wiener Stuhl was designed around 1900 by Thonet. The chair has also gained fame because it was a favorite of the French designer Le Corbusier and was also given a place in his interiors. This copy of the chair was made in the 1940s by Ligna in the former Czechoslovakia. Ligna is a nationalized Thonet factory after the Second World War. The chair is made of Solid Beech Bentwood and has its original hand-woven rattan seat and is also in good condition. Signed .
